The United States Institute of Peace (USIP) will hold a discussion on the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict (ICNC)'s report on developing a new normative framework the Right to Assist (RtoA) campaigns of civil resistance to prevent atrocities.
The discussion will feature an author of the report, as well as panelists from USIP, Voices of Nicaragua, Wellspring Philanthropic Fund and Dexis Consulting Group-OTI/USAID.
